If we decided to start dieting! two plans appear in our minds to start it. The first is to start dieting, starting from reducing fried foods, choosing wheat bread for a snack, eat fruit and vegetables. The second plan, start exercising, whether it starts from just jogging around the house in the morning, or join health clubs to participate in a variety of classes such as yoga, RPM, Body Pump, and so on. However, if the diet is as easy as just cutting back food and start exercising, why so many people still complaints like "I've been dieting, but why my weight not come down?" or "I've been exercising hard, but why my stomach does not shrink at all?" What exactly should be considered when we decided to start our weight loss program?
Actually, diet, exercise, whatever way we choose to lose weight, the key is our body's metabolism. It's our body metabolism that regulate our calorie burning. I'm not saying fat burning here, because it would be a different discussion topic. The wrong diet, like eating less or reduce calories hoping weight will come down actually will make our body's metabolism slows down. If your metabolism slows down, will mean fewer calories are burned by the body. Not doing exercise can also slow down your metabolism.

12 Steps To Start Your Weight Loss
Many people have asked what kind of sport? Diet should be like what? I've been on a diet instead lost weight I actually got ulcers, and many other similar questions. Moving on from the same problem, I tried to give the initial steps that must be considered in losing weight.
- Note the initial state of your body, measure the circumference of waist, thighs, arms and chest. Measure your weight, and as much as possible find out how many percent of fat levels in your body. It is very important to measure the progress of your efforts and evaluate if there is a shortage.
- Determine a realistic goal such as losing 2-3 kg in the first month. Do not expect to drop 10-15 kg in the first month. The more realistic your goals, and when you manage to achieve it, your motivation will be stronger for the next steps.

What kind of exercise to burn fat?
When we decide to lose weight, certainly we think that we should start exercise. But what kind of exercise to burns fat? Many friends say just go to the Personal Trainer at gym A, or jogging in the morning. Because many people suggest gym A or gym B or gym C, finally we decided that the best exercise to burn fat is to join one of the existing gym near your home or office.
After joining gym, again we are faced with many choices of activities. There are aerobics classes, body pump, yoga, RPM. Because not familiar with this exercise then finally we decided to run on the treadmill alone. When we exercise, we will burn fat, and if we ran faster and faster on the treadmill, sweat more profusely, higher calories burned and certainly we will be thin more quickly.

Carbohydrates, main power source for our bodies, provide 4 calories per gram. Carbohydrates are the only source of energy for the brain and red blood cells. The main source of carbohydrates that we consume daily are rice, potatoes, corn, noodles, pasta, bread and fruit. But many people do not even understand what is meant by carbohydrates. With the goal of losing weight, some say do not eat rice, but replace it with potatoes. The result is a body still like that and can not become thinner. If so, what is the importance of carbohydrates for our bodies and how to regulate consumption of carbohydrates so we can lose weight?
