If we decided to start dieting! two plans appear in our minds to start it. The first is to start dieting, starting from reducing fried foods, choosing wheat bread for a snack, eat fruit and vegetables. The second plan, start exercising, whether it starts from just jogging around the house in the morning, or join health clubs to participate in a variety of classes such as yoga, RPM, Body Pump, and so on. However, if the diet is as easy as just cutting back food and start exercising, why so many people still complaints like "I've been dieting, but why my weight not come down?" or "I've been exercising hard, but why my stomach does not shrink at all?" What exactly should be considered when we decided to start our weight loss program?
Actually, diet, exercise, whatever way we choose to lose weight, the key is our body's metabolism. It's our body metabolism that regulate our calorie burning. I'm not saying fat burning here, because it would be a different discussion topic. The wrong diet, like eating less or reduce calories hoping weight will come down actually will make our body's metabolism slows down. If your metabolism slows down, will mean fewer calories are burned by the body. Not doing exercise can also slow down your metabolism.

Is Satiety was fattening?
If full meal makes your stomach look big it's mean we should not eat until full if you want to be thin. That's what almost everyone believed at this time. There are also people who did their best to contain the hunger in order to get a slim body. Some clients ask me, "how does the correct diet, because I have stomach ulcers". Now a question like that, of course, based on the premise that starve is the answer to their prayers for the ideal body. While stomach ulcers is a frequent obstacle they encounter. Let us analyze in more detail about this phenomenon. Saturday, December 3, 2011
12 Steps To Start Your Weight Loss
Many people have asked what kind of sport? Diet should be like what? I've been on a diet instead lost weight I actually got ulcers, and many other similar questions. Moving on from the same problem, I tried to give the initial steps that must be considered in losing weight.
- Note the initial state of your body, measure the circumference of waist, thighs, arms and chest. Measure your weight, and as much as possible find out how many percent of fat levels in your body. It is very important to measure the progress of your efforts and evaluate if there is a shortage.
- Determine a realistic goal such as losing 2-3 kg in the first month. Do not expect to drop 10-15 kg in the first month. The more realistic your goals, and when you manage to achieve it, your motivation will be stronger for the next steps.

Metabolism Influence for Fat Burning
METABOLISM - we often hear these words when discussing matters related to body weight. we call obese people have slow metabolism, whereas we say that thin people have fast metabolism, so they will not be fat, despite eating anything. Indeed, genetic factors determine how fast our metabolism, but do you know that your metabolism can be changed? In fact, we can program our metabolic rate?
Which is often regarded as a metabolism is actually a BMR stands for Basal Metabolic Rate. BMR is the amount of energy that our body needs just to live, without doing anything, when we are in a lying position, and our stomach is not digesting.

Is low carb diet can make body slim?

We often hear myth, if you want to be thin, eat less rice because rice contains many carbohydrates. Try to reducing carbs consumption or usually called low carbohydrates diet if you want to be thin.
Or even more extreme, do not eat carbs, but eat more protein if you want thin, because the protein is not stored by the body but discarded. Apparently to get a thin body is not easy as simply by reducing carbohydrates consumption.

Eat less can cause obesity
It is true by eating less, strict dieting while our body is starving can make our bodies slim? Apparently the answer is NO and actually eat less can cause obesity. Although from ancient times until now, lot of eating is the main cause of obesity, but eating less is not the answer for losing weight.
Our bodies are designed in such way that is able to keep itself from death. An example is if we had not eaten in a long time, then the end result is death. Because the body trying not to die, the brain provides signals to the body in the form of hunger, which in essence is telling us to start taking food, in order to stay alive and not harm the body's condition.
