When we decide to lose weight, certainly we think that we should start exercise. But what kind of exercise to burns fat? Many friends say just go to the Personal Trainer at gym A, or jogging in the morning. Because many people suggest gym A or gym B or gym C, finally we decided that the best exercise to burn fat is to join one of the existing gym near your home or office.
After joining gym, again we are faced with many choices of activities. There are aerobics classes, body pump, yoga, RPM. Because not familiar with this exercise then finally we decided to run on the treadmill alone. When we exercise, we will burn fat, and if we ran faster and faster on the treadmill, sweat more profusely, higher calories burned and certainly we will be thin more quickly.
The doctor said, if calories out greater than the calories intake, it's mean weight will go down. And today we decided to eat quite a bit, and start exercising. Such situations often we face, but whether we have the right choice? Is our weight has gone down when we decided to start exercising? Or even nothing seems to change when we're exercising?
We all know that eating carbohydrates will give us power. And diet to reduce carbohydrates and not replace it with another will cause us to faint. From there it can be concluded that carbohydrates are the main source of our power. But why every time you are exercising, people think that they will burn fat? Is it clear that our energy comes from carbohydrates???
The faster we ran on the treadmill, which burned the calories from carbohydrates, not from fat. Fat is burned in an optimal if we do moderate exercise. The faster we ran, the more carbohydrates are used as energy sources.
We see the next picture, note that white color with grey dots is the use of fat as an energy source. The use of fat as a source of energy is when we do high intensity exercise, which it calculated was 65% of our heartbeat.
The formula is (220-age) x 0.65. For example, Mike, 25th,meaning if Mike wants to burn fat, then he will use this formula (220- 25th) x 0.65 = 126.75 or about 127 beats per minute for his heart. On the treadmill, this will be the same as fast walking, not running. Try practicing this formula, and find what your ideal heart rate. You will burn fat when your heart rate is around 65%. Higher than the 70% rate means you will burn more carbohydrates.
Then what is the most suitable exercise to burn fat? Almost all exercise can burn fat, as long as we monitor our heart rate were at 65% or smaller. Figure of 65% is the optimal number. Try your own practice to get results! And what about weight lifting? Lifting weights burns only carbohydrate, but by combining weight training with other exercise, you'll get the most out of your fat burning. The trick is, weight training for 30-45 minutes will burn your calories from carbohydrates, the carbs out, use this moment to do training OTHER THAN weight exercise with heart rate of 65%. This will greatly optimize your fat burning. Good luck!
