Eat less can cause obesity

It is true by eating less, strict dieting while our body is starving can make our bodies slim? Apparently the answer is NO and actually eat less can cause obesity. Although from ancient times until now, lot of eating is the main cause of obesity, but eating less is not the answer for losing weight.

Our bodies are designed in such way that is able to keep itself from death. An example is if we had not eaten in a long time, then the end result is death. Because the body trying not to die, the brain provides signals to the body in the form of hunger, which in essence is telling us to start taking food, in order to stay alive and not harm the body's condition.

Eat less can cause Obesity

But what happens if we eat less and starve even longer? The body will react immediately in order to maintain not to die and your metabolism will be slowed as much as possible. Remember, it takes high metabolism to burn fat, so this condition is exactly the opposite of what we want, which is burn fat to get a slim body.

After that, it's true body will use fat as energy reserves at critical time, but we need to remember, reserve energy is BACKUP to be used in the very "last moment". So the brain provides another signal to the body before this "last moment" happen. So at critical time like this, any food that we eat converted into fat to strengthen our energy reserves. It means once again, the end result of eating less and hungry is OBESITY. And if continued, then the side effect is damage to body organs including premature aging.

It is also the side effects of yo-yo dieting, which is after we lost so many pounds, but soon the weight will go up quite dramatically again. Because at the time we starve, it's all burned which makes our weight down, but the brain signal is change all the food intake at the time to becomes fat.

So adjust your diet as possible. Diet does not mean not eating or reduce the frequency of eating. as you know eat less can cause obesity. The choice of foods that must be corrected, rather than reduced.
