Fat Level Point

Fat Level Point, maybe we've never heard this term. it's the standard point when our bodies are able to maintain the amount of fat stored. What does it do for us?

First of all, get to know your own body how much is your body fat percentage whether you are skinny? With only 10% fat content and can not be fat and it's hard to gain weight? Or are you overweight, the fat content of about 30% or even more?

What is Fat Level Point ?

The numbers of 10% or 30% or whatever your body shows the number is a different standard points for each individual. Our bodies are genetically have a different standard. And most important is your body trying to maintain that number as much as possible. This explains why skinny people is hard to gain weight despite following restrictions suggested in many literature about the diet such as eating greasy food in large quantities, eating straight to bed, empty calorie snacks.

So also with the overweight people, although not eat, but they weight does not go down, even people who successfully lose weight soon their weight slowly got back to the point of these standards.

How do I change the fat level points? Do we have to let go of our genetic? Apparently not. There are two ways to change the fat levels points, the first is through exercise and the second is by changing what we eat.

Exercise and diet change from bad calorie to good calorie will change into a more ideal fat level point.
